2003 BMW M3 E46 Dead Instrument Cluster - SOLVED

Can anybody point me in the right direction? I haven't used it in a week and it appears to be dead for no apparent reason. Has something like this happened to any of you all.. if so how did you fix it? SOLVED: I got it fixed with the person out in Cali. I had to pull the cluster out and send it to him along with a money order for the labor. He fixed it and sent it back in less than a week.
