E46 M3 Cluster Mileage adjustment

since Mileage can not be coded specifically. Needed a way to bring the mileage UP from 72k on this cluster to 165k to match my chassis. Used some coding hacks with PASoft and NCS Expert with lots of help from online people and resources.
